I purhcased a pair of 1 carat diamond earrings that were listed with a retail price of $3,800. They were supposed to be GIA certifed. I recieved the earring today and the GIA certification states the earring are worth only $1900! That is half of what I was told they would be worth!
I want to return the earrings and expect a full refund of the purchase price of $499.00.
This is consumer fraud! I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney generals office.
