Had phone service 13 days, returned phone, no use and was charged $101.64

I ordered service online and had the phone sent to my house. It did not work right from the the first day, took it to the local Verizon store 5 days after receiving it (Tulsa Hills Shopping Center, Tulsa, OK) and the only calls made were from their store as I could not get any to go through. They suggested I mail it back and I did within my 13 day free trial period and cancelled service so I would not have an early termination fee. I have gotten bills as high as 345.00 charging me the early termination and finally got a bill down to $101.64. I paid 44.49 in December and have received bills since then for $57.17. Since they call me more than six times a day harassing me, I paid the $57.17 tonight by phone. I have had cell phone service for many years and have never had the problems I have had with Verizon and their phones. I now have T-mobile and am pleased with the service and phones.
