I purchased a mattress, single adjustable bed, Restokraft, model Laurel FM on JUly 15.
This mattress features a 20 year limited warranty. I currently has a four inch depression in the middle which makes comfortable sleep impossible. I have communicated several times with the store of purchase and the company's claim department. My claim was rejected because the viewer a person named A. Mehi could not determine the severity of the problem from the photo I submitted according to their directions. I have not had a personal, on site inspection of this mattress as the company wants to charge me $50.00 to have someone inspect their product. I feel it is the company's responsibility to uphold their warranty without additional expense to me, the customer.
