I thought I was calling Apple only later to find out that it was not Apple but a site that looks like it is Apple. When talking with Theresa, she told me after giving her the serial number of my computer that I did not have coverage for software support, only hardware support. I needed to buy a package for $249.99 for a year for someone to talk with me today and thereafter. So, I gave her my credit card info and supposedly bought the package. A tech guy came on the line and asked my problem. All I wanted was verbally for him to got through steps on how to put pictures from Iphoto onto a flash drive. He tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my operating system and he could do a diagnostic test. I said that I didn't want to mess with that but to just go through the steps. What is crazy is that he was able to get into my computer and actually move my mouse around. Now I am worried what else he may be able to do with my contents. And, at this point I am out $249.99;however, my credit card company will dispute the charge. Bottom line is this site is a scam. When you call them to get a refund, they connect you to the real Apple who knows nothing about what you bought. These people should go to jail!
