I let dishnetwork know I was moving in October and I would not be able to hook up a dish at my new location. They suggest I stay on hold with my account to see if things would change and also that I had to pay $185.00 early disconection fee, for a 12 month plan that I was not aware of for a dvr connection I had added six months earlier. They would not produce any sort of contract. Then while trying to get get final bill which I agreed to pay, I got a collection notice from a credit company. For the $300. Dish did not inform me they were turning it over to collections, they said I would be ok? I called back they said nothing thay could do, pay bill. Very poor communication and customer service...
