On January 26 I placed an order online for a grave marker for my mother's grave, for $405.00.
I never got a confirmation of the order. I left several messages (they never answer their phone) and never got a call back. I emailed them several times and never got a reply.
Their "live chat" on the site is not live, it takes you to their 800 # voice mail.
I can't get through to them, and I am starting to think this is not a legitimate company.
