I ordered a product that was advertised as $35.00 as soon as I entered my credit card the website place the order and it was for $159.00. The web site never let me confirm the order so I would have caught the $159 they were billing me. I immediately called in (within 2 minutes) and cancelled the order after much arguing and was given a cancelation number and a direct phone number to the manager who was correcting the problem and was told I would get a confirmation email. When I did not get the correcting email by the next day I called back and also emailed them. The phone number that "Jeff" gave me is not a good phone number. I called back the customer service phone number and I was told I would have to wait to refuse the products and when they got them back they would give me a credit. After finding this site I have contacted my bank to stop the charge cause it appears that the product very well might not arrive either. I researched the phone number given to me by "Jeff" and it is for a similar scam with a "Trim Fat Today" product also in Provo, Utah.
