(Unsure of business location.)
Confusing website. No page to "review your order". Order is automatically placed without customer physically choosing the option.
Called customer service four times. Each time I was given different reasons why the order could not be cancelled, i.E.
" I couldn't cancel it even if I wanted to. It is a direct deposit into the bank. I have no way of cancelling an order, I am not part of the transaction..." I was offered more of the product for same price. Told to, "Just try it!" on the third call, after more attempts of trying to get me to take more product or saying they would reduce the price, the "agent" said I would have to wait for the product to be delivered then return it to get a refund. I was given a phone number to call to get a return authorization number. This number was not in service. I called customer service a fourth time, each time I had called they accessed my order. This time I was given a RAN.
When product was delivered, I returned it immediately.
I have not received a refund or other communications.
I am not sure if the company has a central location. With respect to location, all those I talked with had Asian accents.
