I ordered the DVD set Sue Thomas: F.B. Eye. On December 13, I received an e-mail notice that my order was complete and had shipped. The notice stated it would take 1-3 weeks for delivery. I have e-mailed back and forth with this fraudulant company multiple times. They even told me they would put a trace on the parcel and the Postal Service would contact them and I. The information stated was a flat out lie. I am a postal employee and know how things work. They claimed to have sent out a second shipment, but I have received nothing. They will not even reply back to my questions any longer. Do not ever order anything from this fraudulant company. They will take your money and give you nothing but grief in return. You will also receive an additional credit card processing charge from canada, where they are apparently located. Buyer beware!!!
