After weeks of waiting and multiple unanswered emails, I've decided that I got scammed like everyone else.
When I placed my order (in December), I had found no negative reports about this outfit. Now, everyone is complaining. Looks like Christmas time was the perfect "hook".
I just called my bank and am placing a dispute on this charge, as well as the $4.20 I was charged for a foreign transaction fee that was never specified in the price.
If the DVDs do show up, they're going right back.
