I ordered DVDs for Christmas gift on Dec. 11. The correct amount was taken from my account on Dec. 13. It is now 3 weeks later and no DVDs and no proposed resolution to the problem.
Calling the provided phone number is useless because you can't even talk to the operator! A UPS tracking number was provided, but UPS' tracking site claims to only have billing information, no package. The NaxpMedia order detail states that it was shipped.
Can anyone say, "Scam."?
I am placing the charge in dispute and filling complaints anywhere possible. I will be contacting the Miami BBB as well.
