I went into the store and got a few things... My total came up to $13.01. The stores head manager was my cashier... I handed her $20.01. She handed me my reciept but forgot the change... I said excuse me you forgot the change... She said no I didnt iI gave it to you... I showed her i had only twentys... And i should have had $7.00. She than opened her drawer and handed me $2.00... While doing that she said my drawer better not be short now. I than told her you still owe me $5.00. She than replied bull im not playing this game i no i just gave you $7.00, im not giving you no more. I than had to argue with her and show her i had all twentys and two ones now... She than replied you will have to sit here and wait until i count my drawer... I told her fine count it... As she began counting it she found the $5.00 next to her drawer on the she grabbed it and replied i new i gave it to you. She was very rude, and used very unprofessional language. I was embarrassed, and treated very poorly. I understand a honest mistake but she took it way to far and she was in the wrong and couldnt appoligize, instead she runs her mouth. No employee should treat any costumer that way let alone the store manager. I would appreciate it if something is done there was people with me, in the store and another woman working that wittnessed this. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.
