This company is disgusting. Offering prizes that are false. They pray on the elderly/vulnerable. My late mother spent money with this company unknowing to me - 2 days after she died a parcel arrived with goods. I was advised to send back and i would be refunded the £34.3 months later after over 10 phone calls a refund arrived of £28 in my late mothers name, to her address (this was forwarded to me) and stating 'thank you for your continued custom'.. How insensitive.
I called the company and the memeber of staff was totally unhelpful so i then spoke to his supervisor who was absolutely rude stating refunds can only be sent to the person who purchased the product.
She laughed constantly and when i said i would take it further she said i must be joking..
Please do not deal with this company and please tell everyone
