A parcel addressed to my mother (died 30/8) arrived 12th Sept showing order date 09/09. Obviously I wish to return the goods for a refund but suspect that the whole thing is a scam as my mother could never have ordered these being ten days dead. Some of the goods listed were missing anyway and I could get no answer when ringing the company to demand an explanation. I am contacting her bank to find out how funds were charged to her card when all her accounts should have been frozen.
