Got an offer to see my credit scores for free thru pch.com. This put me on the scoresense site. My card was charged $29.95 today so, I called to cancel the account. They tried to sell me on the fact that I would have identity protection for 30 days. I told them I did not want that. I only wanted to see my scores for FREE as they advertised. So, they cancelled my account but said no refund. I then spoke to the "Floor Supervisor, " Mark who said the billing dept would be in touch with me in the next 2 days. He said he did not know if they would issue a refund. I asked to speak to the billing dept and he said they had no phone and no way to contact them by email. This is a scam!!!
