I was called that a report was sent to this company that my computer is carrying a virus. I was a bit leary and they told me to press some button on my computer to show me the "ERROR INF" that comes up on my computer. I am retired and need my computer so I was very frightened by the information the caller gave me. I could not afford the expensive plan so I went with the 6 month plan, $69 for computer support 247. I did not see any improvement, only saw that they added "Crome" and another program. Changed my home page. I told them at the time to put my computer back the way I had it and to take the "Crome" program off my home page. I think this should be outlawed and inform the public that they should not say they got a report from the "Virus System and the computer is going to crash any day that it needed their service". Do not be fooled by this information. The company 247 might help with problems but to talk the public into a scare of crashing computer is diffinetly WRONG.
