We joined Pogo Games when our Grandchildren were younger so they would have something to do when they came to visit. Well the college scene has taken them far away from thie gaming. We have tried for 3 years to get this off our automatic billing to no avail. We have callwd a dozen or more times. Then we called the card we put it on to take it off but they said Pogo would have to do that. So here we are Senior citizens fixed incomes with $5.00 going out of our account every month and sometimes that is a lot to us, 2 gallons of milk. I'm writing to see if we could get this taken off forever our autumatic pay and get a refund for the years we didn't use it and couldn't get you all to stop. I know it's more than 3 but thats as close as I can cime. I know you can look it up. My husband is very angry with me because of the reacurring bill and I would b too. I owned a beauty salon in Louisville for 39 years and employed 22 people and when the customer had a problem they were ALWAYS right. Thats the way I feel about us now. I know you are a big company but you would not be hurt by giving 2 senior citizens on social security giving back $5.00 for 36.00 and I would not charge you for my and my husbands aggravation during these last 3 years. It would be $180.00. I was going to file a complaint with the attorney general, I know him from being Rep. Precienct capt for over 25 years. And he would answer back pritty fast for me. Bur being the reputable company you are I thought I would give you the chance to show your colors to a very deserving couple. Like the ones who bought your games for our Grandchildren, we are proud of them in all stages of college. 4 graduated, 1 freshman. 1 sophamore, 1 senior, and a little girl well on her way. All their parents all teachers married to teachers except 1 my younger daughter manages my beauty salon when I'm not there.indianapolis to Louisville 150 miles I work about 1 day a week.
