Paid my account balance with an e-check. I was charged $25.00 because they said the checking account was closed. Account was not closed. Then they said I must have inputted the incorrect information. If it's incorrect, why does my Kohl's account say it's "verified" with a big green check mark. The employee said that it said it was verified because "I" verified it... Not them. Paid the $25. And closed the account, changed my email so I wouldn't get anymore crap and changed my address so no more mailings. I did verify that.
