HORRIBLE customer service!

I paid my monthly charge account in full online in Dec. It was posted to my account twice, which means the funds were pulled directly outof my checking, no longer available to me. I noticed the payment was made twice and notified the bank right away. Wells Fargo was able to recover the $222.79 I was owed, but now Kohl's wants to charge me a "recovery fee" for the money they mistakenly stole from my account! According to my bank, that fee does not exist, and Kohl's is trying to make money off their customers in a dishonest way! Needless to say, i closed my Kohl's charge account, am fighting the fee and will never step foot into another Kohl's Department store again!!
