CP Rail blocked the main entranceway to a plant parking lot for over 40 minutes and held traffic until there were literally over 100 cars waiting to get to work this morning! How are they allowed to block traffic right at the beginning of a work day and impacting another company's employees! If there was any type of emergency at all, there would have been serious consequences with their blocage of the road! They have been blocking this roadway for several days in a row during peak traffic hours (morning at 7 to 8 am and afternoon at 4 to 530 pm)! This is unacceptable and inresponsible of a company!
