They sent me a free cruise voucher in the mail and said that I'd also get 2 night 3 day stay in Ft. Lauderdale before or after the cruise to the Bahamas. I would just need to give them a 60 day notice before booking the dates. For the "port taxes", "state room" and "extended stay" My total came up to $496.00 that they took from my checking account via Visa debit card at that moment. The travel agents went by Nancy Roy and Brian Knoess. When you try to get a refund, they put you on hold forever. They just leave you hanging. This was less than a week ago. Hopefully I can get my money back.
