Against direct tv billing
Billed $376.24 After Told No Penalty for Early Cancellation

I spoke to a customer asst. On 1/18. About the contract and asked if there would be a penalty since brother will not be going home, due to his cancer treatments. The customer asst. Put me on hold and when he came back. I was told my brother would not be penaltized for early cancelation. Now I received a bill that has overdue. $376.24 I need an answer to why on 1/18 I was told no penalty now I have this large bill! Nelda (sister)!
