This company has harassed us for the past 6 months. They were told to cancel the debit card order no less than 6 times and they never have. The charged our card $19.95 today and were immediately called and emailed and told to reverse the charges because we had cancelled the order over and over again. We threatened them with a lawsuit if the charges were not reversed. Two minutes later they credited our card.
To stop them from ever doing this again we have to be issued a new card with a new number. This company needs to be shut down NOW!
