I was disputing a charge on my credit card. Bank of america supplied two completely different stories about why they did not protect me as they promised. The local bank manager failed to call me back or have anyone let me know he would not. He gave me one story, then another. He told me i did not know what was in the fair credit act, and what i was saying was in there was incorrect. I asked him where i should go to find that info, and he said he did not know. He did not know what was in the act, but he knew that what i was saying was not. Even though i was reading from the federal act web site.
