Purchased 3D2N Hanoi trip with 1 night hotel extension. Made payment but never get e-voucher. Calling to Travelsmoove office but not a single soul in office to answer the call. Later found out from Streetdeal that company winding up. What a cheat - if they already made profit from the travel deal, how can they ended up going bust? Obviously there is some hanky panky business going in the company. Swallowed too big pie and choked to death??
