They refused to cedit back a charge of 1.47 put on my credit card without authorization. I phoned twice. The first time was for a 3.03 dollar charge that was unothorized. This was resolved. The fellow on the phone said his supervisor would not ok the reversol of the charge because we cancelled the service because we could not use it because they never told us a min of 2 megabites wasrequired to use the phone that we had to pay for toget and return when itwould not work.
