Initial $2.95 for setting internet business... Finding they charge more, cancelled account but they charge my credit card 5 month later. Refuse to cancel and or refund my money

Advertising for setting web store for $2.95. After login finding they charge more for the service. Cancelled account. 5 month later they charge my credit card without authorization and claiming I owe them for service.
Request supervisor, refused request refund... Refused request statement... Refused.
