I was on getitfree. Freebies.Us website expecting a free trial and only expecting to pay shipping. I was very surprised to see the samples were very generous and thought it odd. I tried the product a few times as I have other products I bought in store that I wanted to finish, I wanted to make sure the "samples" would not create a reaction. Today I was checking my on line banking account and saw a charge with description Serum 8664851646. I did a search and found the numerous complaints and see that I have been taken advantage of by scammers. I wish to return the unused portion. I will call the number and my bank on Monday. I called today, Saturday, but got an automated response, but was given an option to cancel my account (I did not know I had an account), but I did cancel and was give the confirmation number 62122241345 which I have noted. After reading the many complaints, I am not hopeful that AuraVie will be cooperative. My hindsight now tells me I should have returned this package immediately. Always trials are a minimum of 30 days…not 10. This is wrong. Honest companies account for people who travel or who are not are readily available to sample a product before returning. But, this was supposed to be a sample. There was no packing slip and the quantities were suspicious. I had never heard of the product company. I had intended to search them to find out more info, but life gets busy and things happen. I feel like a fool. What can I do about this? I, like many, live on a very tight budget. It is very sad that this has happened and I feel foolish. The website was very deceiving. I may not have read every word verbatim, but I did in fact read that I would get a free sample and that I would only be charged shipping. I understand sometimes that sites will sign you up and you have to call to cancel. I looked for this and was not under any impression that I had created subscription for more product. Help
