Twice this happened on two separate occasions
Customer: "hi we are here to to pick up a prescription our doctor called in earlier today"
Walgreens: "we don't seem to have a record of it, come back in 20 min while we will check our voicemails"
1 hour later
Customer: "we are back for our prescription that was called in"
Walgreens: "we don't have a record of it call your doctor in the morning"
Do you really thnk our Dr forgot to call in our prescription on two different occasions?
We are going somewhere else. Morons. I
