World Pc Solutions just called me from unknown caller. He told me that I have multiple computers that have viruses. The first person did not give me a name but then I was "transferred" to Victor, which is the senior tech. He told me the same thing the first employee told me but was more confident in his answers. I told him I did not believe him and i wanted to know who he contracted with. He told me Windows. So I stated I wanted to call Microsoft before I did any business with him. He told me okay. He gave me the number (866) 539-8803 to call back after I spoke with them. After 2 minutes after I hung up they called back again. He said "This is Harry. We just got off the phone. Don't you remember." I thought WOW... I talked to Victor! Then they preceded to tell me that Microsoft was a big company and would not email me or answer my call. They were being very pushy on the second call. So I just hung up. I called Microsoft and they told me they never give out any of their customers information nor call their customers if the customer does not initiate the contact.
