I was called by "Mark Johnson" (strong Indian accent) on a terrible connection. He represented himself as an employee of Microsoft and said that my computer had viruses and was sending a great deal of traffic to Microsoft. I asked him to send me an e-mail to explain the problem along with information as to how I could verify that he was actually from Microsoft. He refused. He directed me to the Windows Solution World website. I googled "Windows Solution World Scam" and got numerous hits. It looks like Windows Solution World is a scam.
