I ordered the Levala last April. The monthly charge was $89.95. Tried to cancel by email. I wrote to them. Never received an answer. I could not find a phone number. Finally, in October I located a phone number. A man answered and was so rude. He did not want to hear from me. Told me it would be 8-10 weeks to get an answer if I write. I returned 4 unopened bottles of the product. He could not tell me what happened to the return. I asked for it back if they were not going to refund my money to my credit card. He told me not to call him again and hung up on me. I have never spoken to someone so rude before.
