Buyer beware!

I ordered a Louis Vuitton Replica bag for $169.00 with free delivery, from http://www.hibagsgo.com / on December 30. The following day I received a confirmation email from a company called Fashion Pay. They state they are a third party company that collects the merchandise fee as well as protects you against a problem or a dispute. I then noticed my credit card was charged $177 instead of the $169 Hibagsgo advertised the bag for. I figured it was due to the ever changing exchange rate. Weeks passed and I kept following the instructions to track the package but each time I did it kept stating the order was in the 'processing' stage with no tracking number. I must add that the http://www.hibagsgo.com website states the merchandise will ship.in 24-48 hrs... Well here it is now, January 31 and I still have gotten nothing... No bag, no tracking number and no response to the 10 emails I have sent combined to both Fashion Pay and Hibagsgo.com during this past month... Oh additionally my credit card was charged another $5 last week... It stated it was for a foreign transaction fee... I called my credit card company yesterday... They are temporarily crediting me both the $177 and the $5 fees as they now begin a dispute with Chinese both companies on my behalf...
