On Oct 10 I ordered TomTom GPS from SouthBAY Electronics and paid for it in full using credit card. They sent me the device which was not working. I sent it back and they promised to send me the valid one right away.
Since then although I sent several mails they did not send me the product i paid for.
Please be so kind and help me to obtain the product i ordered and paid for.
