Think I have been scammed!!! Ordered 2 pairs HD foldaway sunglasses. Upgraded to the scratch resistant kind with cloth for cleaning and cases. These were to be gifts for our friends outside the U.S.
Items were ordered on 1-18-13. Today, 1/31, no sunglasses received! Tried calling their customer service # listed on the website. WHAT A JOKE! Message states to go to ideavillage.com to check the order status. I had already done this as I am not an idiot!!! We leave in 2 days and I will be stuck with 2 pairs of glasses which I have no use for and now must rush around to find gifts for my friends in the West Indies.
IdeaVillage has non-existant customer service and Seeing all the other complaints about this company, will be telling all business partners, friends and family, basically anyone who will listen, to NEVER, EVER, ORDER ANYTHING Through this company, it's website or affiliates!!
