They autorenewed my membership without my knowledge or consent. I'd stopped using the site months ago and thought that when the time I signed up for ended, it would be over.instead, I am being punished, to my financial detriment due to this auto renew. I was unaware that I needed to "opt-out" of auto-renew. Usually a contract ends on the end date and does not continue in perpetuity.
I am shocked. I need a refund ASAP.
