My step son was sold insurance at the time he purchased his phone in April. He recently dropped his phone and needed to use the insurance. He called the insurer, GWG, and was told they couldn't locate the phone number. After repeated attempts to work this woith store management and with Verizon Wireless Customer service we have made no progress in getting this resolved. This is totally and completely unacceptable. It is hard to believe that a multi billion dollar company would treat its customers in this manner. My advice to folks is don't use the Verizon Service. They don't stand behind their products or services.
