I ordered a sample for $1.03 on Jan. 5 and called the number to cancel the recurring fee as stated in the terms of conditions that day. I was told by the operator that my name was not in the system and thus there was nothing to cancel. I said that I would not receive a continuing charge and she said no due to not being in the system. I was then charged for the first month this fee of $94.31. I called customer service on Jan. 29 and was told that since I did not call in the allowed time period, I could not have a refund. I insisted that I did meet the conditions and it was not my fault that my information was not yet in the system; it was their problem. I was told by the representative, Christian that the system could not give me a credit or refund and eventually, he hung up on me.
