I have been requesting a refund since October for programs purchased. Its "company' sent me electronic files and Serials which ALL were invalid. EVERY one of them. There has bee no actual help except 3AM emails claiming their "technician" is online. Which of course they never really are. No help what so ever.
Still ongoing with unhelpful emails trying to refund money. It is now almost February.
