I started a layby with this company (beat my deals..
Due to financil changes had to cancel layby, have tried ringing this company but to date no contact made, i have recieved emails saying my refund would be processed on 10th oct, still no refund and no contact made..
Both numbers i call for this so called company. Go straight to call centre..
The link i used to get to this site has now been removed, only way is to go on seller..
It's not the amount that is the issue, it's the principal. Recieved emails saying be mindful it was me that cancelled lay not them..
Don't want to see other people done over by these people/..
