I ordered 2 NorthFace Denali Fleece Jackets on this website for 89.00 each on 12/2. I was told I would receive a email w/notification of order & tracking. After numerous emails to them, I never heard from them! Then on 12/16 I recieved them both. Tho 1 had a hole on the back in the fleece. I requested a RMA# which I DID received! I had to get it back in the mail within 3 days was their rule for returns & give 2nd choice if first option is not available. I sent it back UPS the next morning! From this point after numerous emails & calls to 2 numbers NO RESPONSE IN ANY WAY!!! Finally reached someone named Mike who seemed surprised to pick up for a customer, he didn't answer w/a company name and said he would refund my money. I asked well have you not had the coat all this time? Oh let me check he said. He checked all my info and said he would send the coat out the next day which was 01/14. Of course I don't have it still or a refund and the mailbox for the phone for Jizzletech is full 1-718-791-2207. The other # I have on the shipping label is Jim Shaw 888-810-4298 just takes messages. These are always called during their bussiness hours!
