I ordered 2 NorthFace women denali jackets on 1/19.By February I still hadnt seen either coat. I made numerous phone calls and continued to be told the same thing that it would arrive guaranteed at the end of the week. Its now March 15th. I did however receive 1. Which they made me change the color because they kept saying the color I chose was backordered. I guess I should be happy to have received one... Except the other 1 was for my daughter so she's the one who has been patiently waiting. This is the first time Ive been scammed. Its scary how easy this stuff can happen.
