I ordered a Karen Millen Black Posh cotton coat (with belted signature funnel) on tuesday 9/10. I eventually recieved the product yesterday and it is not the coat which I ordered. The quality of the coat is very poor and it is definitly a counterfit item.
The pacakaging in which the item came in was a very shabby brown box! On the front of the box it stated that the item inside was a shoe sample! There was no indication on the parcel what so ever about where this product had come from, which company had sent it, name or address of company or person to return product to. But it did say from China.
This packaging also definitly prooves that it is a counterfit item sent by a fraud company!
I am now left with a coat that I did not order and no idea about where to send the coat back to and how to get a refund!
I have also tried to contact the company via the e-mail address they provided as point of contact, but no one has got back to me!
I thought that I was ordering the coat from a genuine Karen Millen website! (e mail address I was provided with is [email protected]) I have even tried e-mailing through my account login but have had no response!
Please can someone help as all I want to do is return the item for a full refund.
