I placed an order with Fingerhut 11/23 for two items and one warranty. One item was delivered in January and returned. The return was completed 01/10. The other item has not been received to this day 01/28.
Without my knowing after the return they kept a charge of $22.98 on my account. Then on 01/15 charged $16.99 late fees and on 01/19 charged $3.48 interest for a total due of $40.46. I have contacted customer service via email twice and by phone five times with no correction to the situation.
