Four TV sets that burned-up about 20 weeks of purchase. Was told warranty does not cover items after 4 months of purchase. 3 computers that stopped working after 7 months of purchase. Was told that items were out of warranty. Purchase audiovox sound system. Burned up after 10 months of purchase. Was told this item not covered by warranty, must go to manufacturer, we did and they said Fingerhut is full of crap. They also sent us a backpack as a gift, which fell apart at a rain storm, only 20 days of receipt. Also got a set of wireless headphones that did not work after 3 weeks of receipt.in both cases items were returned to them, hoping to get replacements. Not a single word of acknowledgement.in all cases they take the complaint, and say that they will get right back to you, but they never do. Thn they cannot find the returned merchandise. And other 12 friends and family members have had same experiences. They have the worst customer
service people in the world. Needless to say, all 12 people are no longer customers of Fingerhut.
