Ordered 3 items from this company after a lengthy time only received 1 itemother 2 items went directly back to their warehouse because they messed up on the address and deleted part of our address which made it on deliverable
After receiving the 1 and only item we got set back after 3 days do to wrong sizewe pay for the shipping on the item that was being return before receiving the item1 that we have to return we started getting phone calls regarding payment never received a bill for the item yet
After several discussions with customer service they informed us we will incur this 30 dollar fee every month company is charging for the full shipping charge for all items even though we do not have any items in our possession
