On the 24jan my Water Heater started leaking at my other property, so i called BFS home warranty and they said they will sent someone down between 5.30-6.30pm unforunately no one showed up after we drove from one end to the other side of vegas and our calls were unanswered. Next day, they came over and said My home warranty covers the water heater and replacement is free with some additional expenses for some parts. Free or right, charged me $500. Other contractors told me they could install a new w. Heater for $450 total without warranty. This is their breakdown of expenses. Earthquake straps $75 actual cost $20, sediment traps $85 actual cost $5, ball valve $150 real cost $10. Permit $125 real cost unknown. W. Heater $300-$350. Its a scam i got rip off in this manner. Require investigation by clark county commisioner due to several other complaint made in their website reviews. BFS is a Appliances repair company pretending to be a home warranty co and charging both sides. Disgrace, they deceive and cheat this day and age. Their license requires review and revoked for cheating the public. Its the second time it happen to me by BFS fooling me. Calling cannel 13 to investigate. They are wolfs in a sheeps clothing. Beware do not trust them
