I requested a free sample (which I never received) only to then find out I had 4xpayments of $98.00 taken out of my account. I have received 1 payment back. I have phoned 20times and been promised 8 times that the rest of the money would be put back in my account and it never happens. Whenever i phone back to complain they've never heard of the person who had promised that money back and all i get is "they must work in the other office!!!" They keep promising me their supervisor will phone back and oh NOTHING. What can i do to get my money back?
