We applied and paid in full march we paid for the fingerprinting the self stamped envelopes the registered mail,
we were told it should be completed by Christmas, so about 4 months ago I started to phone because we have heard nothing at all since we did our part in the beginning of last year. They have not returned any of our calls which have been a few.
So on Friday Jan 25 I called the governments pardons office and was informed that they have not even received the application, I was told they open the mail everyday and put your name and birth date into the system, just so when you do call they can tell you that yes they have received the application and also a progress report if any. Now another yr wasted almost 1000.00 spent on nothing also the job I was going for gone, also family vacations to the states not happing because of this company frauding me and now so many others!
What are our next steps that we should take they should not get away with this they are messing with people lives and lively hood here
