In the past I have purchased travel packages, they were not that muchmoney maby $149. Not enough to get upset over if you do not take the trip, some time the company let it go if I say I dont want to renew. But I dont know who this company is that consumer service a is trying to collect for, when I ask them they wont tell me. So they get pushey they will not take no for answer they have been doing this for at lease a year. I tell them that I do not want to renew the packace, they ask me why I dont want to travel, I dont think that I owe them to take the trip, they only want to sell time share. Now this consumer service said that I had purchased a cruise and didnt take it, so I owe the company for not taking it. Or as they say the rest of the trip money, my thing is if you dont take the trip, you gave them what they ask for it is not their loss, it would be mine. So I have told them to stop calling me, and they call all the time like my name is the only one they have to harress.
